Nico fell in love with Cape Town and its natural beauty and knew right away that Cape Town had something special to offer, so he joined forces with Francois Du Plessis one of South Africa’s top interior designers and collaborated in transforming Sea Five into what it is today. They have achieved a refined luxury, with a seaside Hampton/European Riviera style, setting the mood was easy to do.
