The Wreck is a seafood restaurant overlooking Shem Creek in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
It may have been wrecked during a hurricane storm on the other side of the world, but! There is nothing fishy about the Wreck when it comes to fish, no fuss no bother just good.
The shrimps, grilled or fried are scrumptious! Very laid back with Southern charm all the way, simple cooking and great atmosphere. If you head South to South Carolina, you may just want to do this one.
P.S. The picture the owner is holding is a yachtsman from Cape Town, he happened to be passing during a yacht race.
