If you familiar with the term it’s a wrap, then you will understand the meaning of life, after months of filming, days or just hours, when it’s in the bag, it’s a wrap!
Once a month in and around Cape Town an alchemy comes together. A platform for the film industry takes place at various venues around Cape Town. Producers, directors, actors, photographers, models, performers and sponsors, even the K 9 Stars come out to play. Woodstock has become a trend setting zone with the refurbishment of so many great buildings, that right now it is booming! So it’s no wonder Roodebloem Studios chose an abandoned Church to host 12 magnificent shooting spaces and this is where the Wrap Party took place last night.
The highlight of the evening was the Moulin Rouge photo booth. The WholeBangShoot collaborated with set designer Riccardo Pugliese for the final curtain call of the season. This innovative online casting solution company were on the spot with digital film printing of your personal shot, as you came out of the booth.
The other amazing aspect of the evening was AfrodizzyActs , performers cruised around on stilts in a nonchalant mysterious manner; all the while acrobats did cartwheels, summersaults and flips. After all, it was show time!
When it comes down to the wire people in production know and understand deadlines. Film & Event Media did just that they pulled out all the stops in a space of 24 hours and made it happen. Crush kept the flow of delectable goodies going and the theme for the night was a touch of red. The end of year Wrap Party raved on until it was time to go to bed. It’s a wrap!
