Do you have taste? The Chef’s warehouse on 92 Bree Street certainly does. It’s a small, intimate and well-designed space with a food-lover’s charm about it. So, it’s not if you go, but when you go. And when you do, you can expect a mouth-watering tasting experience that will drive your taste buds crazy.
Chef Liam Tomlin has been under the radar for two years – creating subtle, sensational flavours that are both delicate and innovative. The small, bite size portions for two are a unique idea based on the style of Tapas. This allows you to taste about eight dishes – it’s a delightful way to share a meal and so not boring! It really helps to keep things different and exciting on a daily basis.
You can’t book; it’s always full. My advice is to go early so you can indulge well before closing time at 8PM. So why does it work?
In my opinion, it’s because Liam combines good quality, seasonal produce and selects flavours that marry well together. Top this off with beautiful presentation accompanied by little fuss or bother, repeat daily, and you have your answer! Combining the best culinary ideas from other parts of the world and infusing them with his taste and flair, Liam is brilliant at what he does!
I loved the over all concept of the Chef’s Warehouse and will continue to go back for more. Frankly, there’s nothing better than a good quality meal at this very popular eatery.
