I stumbled across connoisseurs in Gin, when I wanted some Honest Chocolate in the CBD. In the same heritage building I found a spirit that I enjoy at a certain time of day….G&T time. I always associate piano bars with New York City. Jazz in the Big Apple. Now! Right here in the Mother City. The Piano Bar has all that jazz, low key and moody.  Their cocktails are great. Twelve Apostles overlooking the ocean. One of the best places to watch the sunset vanish. The mood is laid back jazzy piano bar. Good snacks and cocktails. A mixed crowd. If you going for the sunset get there early to get your spot on the terrace, space is limited.
